Photo ID Requirements
​
One non-expired government issued photo ID must be provided at your appointment. A government issued photo ID includes a drivers license or state issued ID from any state or country or a passport from any country. Persons under the age of 18 may provide a school issued photo ID.

Missed Appointment / Reschedule Appointment
​
All appointments must be rescheduled online in the account where the first appointment was scheduled. If you are more than 10 minutes late to an appointment, please reschedule online.

Rejections
​
Colorado Fingerprinting LiveScan Rejections (CABS Only): Orders submitted through the Colorado Fingerprinting system that are rejected can be redone a second time at no charge as long as you schedule the second appointment following the directions you received in the email with the rejection notice. Digitally rolled paper fingerprint cards are not included.

Ink Rolled Paper Fingerprint Card Rejections: Ink rolled paper fingerprint cards that are rejected will be redone at no charge. Please schedule a new appointment online and advise the Fingerprint Technician at your second appointment that you received a rejection letter. You must provide the rejection letter stating why the original fingerprints were rejected. Refunds are not provided.

Court Ordered Fingerprinting

If you have received court orders to be fingerprinted, please follow the directions in the paperwork you received from the court. Fingerprinting orders from Loveland Municipal Court will be completed by the Loveland Police Department; please call (970) 667-2151 to schedule an appointment. Fingerprinting orders from Larimer County Court will be completed at the Larimer County Sheriff's Office.

FAQ

At the Loveland location, we are not able to provide customer assistance for questions. If you placed an order through Colorado Fingerprinting please call (720) 292-2722. If you have a question related to your paper fingerprint card appointment, including the quantity of fingerprint cards you need to have completed, the type of fingerprint card you need to use, or where you should mail the fingerprint card after your appointment, please contact the state or agency that requested you to be fingerprinted.
For ink rolled appointments you may bring a fingerprint card that has been provided to you or we can provide an FD-258 fingerprint card with the Privacy Act Statement at no charge. The cost for fingerprinting is the same if you bring a fingerprint card with you or if we provide the fingerprint card.
The cost for all appointments varies by reason and will be provided during the scheduling process.
Only credit or debit cards are accepted for payment.
If you need to be fingerprinted for the Thompson School District, you cannot schedule an appointment until you've been provided specific directions by the Thompson School District.

Loveland Police & Courts Building at 810 E. 10th St., Loveland, CO 80537. The Citizen Fingerprinting office is on the 1st floor, the second office door on the right, inside the lobby after entering the main glass entry doors closest to the roundabout.
