FAQ

The only thing we do at our location is check ID's and roll fingerprints. We can not answer ANY questions about your order, licensing process, processing times, etc. You must contact the agency that requested you to be fingerprinted; e.g. DORA, Board of Nursing, FDLE, FINRA, etc. For questions about an order placed through the Colorado Fingerprinting website please call the Colorado Fingerprinting helpline: (720) 292-2722 

Photo ID Requirements

A valid (non-expired) government issued photo ID is required to be provided at the appointment. A government issued photo ID includes a driver's license, or state ID card issued by ANY state or country, a passport issued by ANY country. Persons under the age of 18 may provide a photo school ID. 

Missed Appointment / Reschedule Appointment

All appointments must be rescheduled online in the account where the first appointment was scheduled. If you are more than 10 minutes late to an appointment, please reschedule online. 

Rejections

Colorado Fingerprinting LiveScan Rejections (CABS Only)

If your fingerprints are rejected there is no cost to redo your fingerprints a second time as long as you schedule a second appointment following the directions you receive in the email with the notice of the rejection. Rejected digitally rolled paper fingerprint cards are not included.

Ink Rolled Paper Fingerprint Card Rejections

If your fingerprints are rejected there is no cost to redo your fingerprints a second time. Please schedule a new appointment online and advise the Fingerprint Technician at your second appointment that this is your second attempt. You must bring the rejection letter stating that original fingerprints were rejected. 

Court Ordered Fingerprinting

Our office can not fingerprint for court ordered reasons. Please call the main phone number of your local police or Sheriff's department and specifically state you need to be fingerprinted for a COURT ORDERED reason.
